In Haridas’ current role as the Head, Group Corporate Communications & Brand Strategy at MRCB, he manages the brand, corporate and marketing communications for the group. He is responsible for the development and implementation of brand communication strategies to successfully articulate the group and subsidiary’s narrative, positioning, purpose and offering using digital, traditional, and its experiential marketing channels. He must ensure the business’s brand communications strategy is translated into holistic and integrated brand activations that resonates with the corporate brand narrative and communication. He oversees the group’s internal communications and ensure best way to keep employees engaged by producing and distributing the right content, driving higher employee engagement.
