Wei Wen wears two hats: she helps people tell their best stories as a Communicator and supports them through to their worst as a Counsellor.

Professionally trained in communications, marketing and public relations, Wei Wen spent the last 12 years designing fit for purpose communication strategies and solutions helping organisations across diverse setup and industry to tell their best stories. After eight exciting years with global energy company PETRONAS, she is heading over to Gentari – a clean energy company focused on delivering integrated net zero solutions, putting cleaner energy into action today to transform how we live tomorrow.

As a licensed counsellor, Wei Wen helps her clients build mental fitness by supporting them in seeking strength, reframing limitations and cultivating hope towards achieving their goals. She co-founded Elevate for Impact (E4i) and together with her partners, she coaches organisations for change by elevating the wellbeing of their people and community.

She is always up for making new friends and her favourite self-care routine is getting lost in a good book over a cup of coffee.
