Having been entrusted to safeguard the Carlsberg’s license to operate in Malaysia and Singapore, Pearl is responsible to strengthen the brewer’s corporate reputation through purpose-driven stakeholder communications and engagements amidst operating in a highly regulated environment. With 20 years of experience in a global FMCG company, her roles have expanded beyond communications, investors relations, issues management, but also cover regulatory affairs and sustainability (ESG), driving value creation for stakeholders and delivering net zero carbon emissions targets of the Company. She represents Carlsberg Malaysia as Board member on the Danish Chamber of Commerce Malaysia (DanCham) and the European Chamber of Commerce Malaysia (EUROCHAM), where she heads the Sustainability Sector committee.
