Sharon Roberts is a senior communications and advocacy leader who shapes narratives that influence public perception and strengthens reputation for corporations and brands across Southeast Asia. She is currently head of communications for Danone Southeast Asia, overseeing strategic storytelling, executive profiling, and external stakeholder engagement in support of the company’s purpose-led mission in the region.
Roberts previously headed regional communications for Kimberly-Clark, where she guided transformation initiatives, crafted issue and crisis frameworks, and built public–private partnerships that elevated thought leadership. Notably, her redesign of the Kotex She Can Project in Malaysia delivered a 15x year-on-year penetration uplift. Her earlier roles at Shopee Malaysia and in agency work sharpened her instinct for trend-led storytelling, reputation management, and the ability to navigate fast-developing environments across business, government, and community spheres.
Roberts continues to champion communications as a force for business growth, policy influence, and meaningful societal change.
