From luxury hotels to technology startups and government bodies, Cuili has advised leadership and regional teams on high-level narratives and storytelling as they transform their business through brand building and communications.



She joined Four Seasons as the PR Director at The Nam Hai – the luxury brand’s flagship in Vietnam – in June 2020. Prior to that, she was Brand & Corporate Communications Director at Pan Pacific Hotels Group, where she provided guidance and support to property-based Marketing Communications teams globally.



Cuili started her career with the Singapore Tourism Board and Enterprise Singapore – at the latter, she rolled out Singapore50 projects at an unprecedented scale under Minister Tan Chuan-Jin in a collaborative effort involving more than 100 public and private sector organisations.
