Lena Goh is the Managing Director of Public Affairs with Temasek. She joined Temasek in 2017 and looks after brand communications, media and issues management, and reputation management for the investment company headquartered in Singapore.

Lena has more than 25 years of brand marketing, corporate communications and issues management experience working across the public sector, global telecommunications and technology companies such as Microsoft, Motorola and SingTel.

Prior to Temasek, she was the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer of Government Technology Agency (GovTech) and its predecessor, the Info-communications Development Authority (IDA) of Singapore. In this role, she led the agency’s brand communication efforts to brand Singapore as a Smart Nation and in educating the public and the public sector about the government’s digital transformation journey.

Lena holds a Honours degree in Business Management from the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) of Singapore and has been awarded the Holmes Report, Innovator 25 Asia Pacific award in 2018 and the Individual Achievement SABRE award in 2023.
