Lucille McCart is the APAC Communications Director at Bumble, the dating and networking app where women make the first move.

Having spent nearly a decade in public relations agencies working with global and local brands, she began working with Bumble in 2017 agency-side as part of the early launch phase of the women-first social networking platform.

After developing a genuine love for the purpose-led brand, Lucille moved across to Bumble in a full-time in-house role in 2019, and was the driving force behind the brand’s partnership and marketing strategy.

In the four years that Lucille has been working with Bumble, it has gone from a tech start-up to a mainstream brand with a cult following that empowers women to make the first move. Lucille now leads the communications strategy for Bumble across Australia, New Zealand, India, and Southeast Asia.
