Oliver is the founder and CEO of Bud Communications, an award-winning, integrated communications agency for challenger technology brands.

Since launching in 2020, Bud Communications has been recognised as Asia Pacific’s Small Consultancy of the Year by PRCA, Boutique Agency of the Year by PR Week Asia and Boutique Agency & Local Hero by MARKETING-INTERACTIVE.

Originally from the UK, and based in Singapore, Oliver is a Co-Founding Member of the With Global Alliance and was recognised as PRCA SEA’s 2020 Young Communicator of the Year. He has a BA in Anthropology from Goldsmiths, University of London and an oversized Goldendoodle named Nanook.
