Raushida Vasaiwala is a transformative Enterprise Sales leader within the Martech domain with a well-established history of building high-performance commercial teams over the last 2 decades.

She’s passionate about tech and enjoys staying at the bleeding edge of technology. Raushida has worked across Middle East and Asia-Pacific with companies such as Azira (formerly known as Near), a location intelligence platform for B2B and B2C customers and Celtra which automates creatives at scale for personalisation and localisation. Presently, at Isentia, Raushida leads a dynamic sales team, driving growth across the APAC region. She architects and executes the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy across the private and public sector.

Raushida is a data-driven strategist who leverages analytics to introduce sales methodologies and streamlines sales processes to build robust pipelines and drive conversions to revenue.

She studied Economics and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Recognised for thought leadership, Raushida’s influence extends beyond sales figures. Recognized for her commitment to inclusion, she was named a LinkedIn “Inspire Action – Forging Inclusive Workplaces” honoree in 2024 and is regularly invited as a judge at various marketing awards. A highly respected industry voice, Raushida is known for sharing her insights on key Martech trends at regular key industry events.
