When and where is this event held?
Content360 will take place in April 2025. It is a physical conference, taking place in Singapore. All times and dates reflected on the website and brochures are in SGT (GMT+8).
Will I be able to get access to sessions from other days that I do not attend?

You will only have access to the materials to the sessions under the pass you registered for.

Can I cancel my conference registration? What is your refund policy?
No cancellation is allowed upon registration. Unfortunately, there will be no refund made for non-attendance. However, in such circumstances, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another colleague after informing the MARKETING-INTERACTIVE team.
What if I can’t attend at the last minute? 

Given the nature of this event, the success of Content360 is highly dependent on a full turnout and commitment from all participants. If you are unable to attend at the last minute, please inform the MARKETING-INTERACTIVE registration team, and you are welcome to appoint someone from your marketing function in your organisation. Will I be able to receive speaker presentation slides?

Yes, you will be able to download the slides upon completion of the feedback form at the end of each day you are attending. Please note that only slides approved by speakers will be downloadable.

Am I able to bring a colleague or friend along?

Yes, you may also take advantage of our group registrations and discounted rate. Alternatively, direct colleague/friend to the registration page.

How can I network with other delegates and/or speakers during the conference?

There will be opportunities available for you to network and interact with other participants during the conference.

Do I have to bring along anything to the conference? 

Simply bring yourself, a positive and open attitude to learning, a jacket or shawl as it might get cold, and your business cards.
