Why is the event being transitioned to a virtual event?

In order to keep our community safe during the COVID-19 outbreak. With no clear visibility on when travel, gatherings and regulatory measures will return to normal, it’s time to do what so many of you are already doing – turning this new reality into an opportunity to adapt, evolve and create new value.

Can participants download the videos?

No, however we will ensure that participants can log-in for a limited time post event and re-watch the sessions they are interested in.

If participants can have access to past recordings – how long AFTER the virtual conference and workshops can they still access the videos on the virtual conference platform?

We will make available to all delegates and sponsors, the recorded video content and available slides from the trainers and speakers, a week after the conference ends. This service will be available for a duration of one month from the date this service is launched to all our delegates and sponsors. An email notification will be sent containing information on user login ID and a password.

How will I ask questions?

All delegates will have access to a designated chat during the live-webinar Q&A. Delegates are also encouraged to send their questions pre-event to sorenb@marketing-interactive.com. 

If the original person who signed up cannot attend, can he/she share his/her user ID and login details for another colleague to dial in?

Yes. You can let a friend/colleague log in with your details, but note you will be automatically logged out if you try to log in from more than one device. Post event – If you missed any sessions or day of the conference, you will be able to make use of the video-on-demand service to catch up on any missed sessions. An email containing login details will be sent to you a week after the conference is over. 

When will delegates receive their log in instructions?

Details of the log in guideline will be sent to delegates approximately two weeks prior to the event date.

Will there be ‘notes’ or ‘presentations’ that participants can download? Or will it be sent to them?

Yes, like all our conferences, approved speaker presentations will be made available to delegates post-event, upon completion of our feedback form.

Technically, is it possible for a single paid customer to log in from 2 or more devices to stream the virtual conference?

No, the system will log you out automatically if it detects two logins from the same ID.

Can I cancel my conference registration? What is your refund policy?

No cancellation is allowed upon registration. There will be no refund made for non-attendance; however, if you are unable to attend, you may assign your login details to another party. Note that our system will only accept one unique login per user at a time. If you would like to catch up on missed sessions or the whole conference, you can. Post event – we will make available to you a video-on-demand service where you can catch up or even re-watch any session from any day. An email containing login details will be sent to you about a week after the conference is over.
