Gaurav has over 15 years of diverse international experience across industries like e-commerce, telecom, technology, FMCG, and aerospace and defense. As a General Manager at Tinder and Match Group, Gaurav is responsible for scaling up Match Group’s business across Southeast Asia.

Prior to joining Match Group, Gaurav worked on business development and partnerships for Meta across Asia. He also spent a large part of his career in the management consulting space at Accenture and Tata Group in India where he helped his clients set up new businesses and excel in existing ones.
