National Arts Council

Lynette Pang is the Deputy CEO at the National Arts Council, which champions the arts in Singapore by nurturing creative excellence, industry development and audience engagement & growth.

Prior to NAC, Lynette was Assistant Chief Executive, Marketing Group at the Singapore Tourism Board, where she was responsible for building the Singapore destination brand globally. She helmed international marketing efforts, oversaw corporate communications and global strategic marketing partnerships. Her career at STB included helming the arts, entertainment, sports and F1 portfolios. Before joining the public sector, Lynette was in the commercial world coming from the media, arts and entertainment industries.

Lynette is a Board Member of STPI Creative Workshop and Gallery, Arts House Limited, Singapore Symphony Group, Marketing Society and EZ-Link Pte Ltd. She is also a member of National Gallery Singapore’s Marketing Advisory Panel.

Lynette graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Sociology and has an Honours in English Literature. Her passion for the arts saw her dedicating a few years to not-for-profit arts group, Singapore Repertory Theatre as General Manager that saw Dick Lee’s “Forbidden City” debut at the Esplanade Theatre opening, the development of SRT’s theatre at Robertson Quay and launch of The Little Company, a children’s theatre group
