Caitlin’s experience centres on solving business problems leveraging digital, data and customer experience and transforming B2C and B2B organisations to deliver higher value commercial outcomes. Her key area of focus is driving digital and e-commerce transformation and innovation with a focus on the connected customer experience, in partnership with enterprise platforms as well as startup tech. Currently at Philips, Caitlin is responsible for driving digital marketing and e-commerce transformation and performance in the Asia Pacific region.

Throughout her career, Caitlin has worked with businesses such as Sanofi, Fonterra, Coca-Cola, Heineken, MasterCard, GSK, Dairy Farms, and Levi Strauss to deliver integrated strategy, CRM/CLM,  connected commerce, and digital capability enablement.
