Chen Peng is the chief executive officer of minden.ai, a technology venture behind yuu Rewards Club – one of Singapore’s leading loyalty coalition programmes with over two million members to date.

A seasoned expert with over 20 years of experience, Chen’s career has been dedicated to building and refining loyalty programmes across Southeast Asia. Before leading minden.ai, Peng established and scaled SessionM (a Mastercard company) in APAC, growing it into the region’s leading loyalty technology provider for brands such as Central Group, Tesco Lotus, yuu Rewards Club, and Starbucks.

Earlier, Chen served as general manager for Aimia in Asia – then the world’s largest loyalty company – where he managed programmes for major brands including Standard Chartered Bank, ExxonMobil, P&G, Samsung, Shangri-La Hotels, China Southern Airlines, and PCCW.

Under Chen’s leadership, minden.ai continues to redefine loyalty marketing through data, AI, and technology, powering impactful programmes like yuu Rewards Club in Singapore.
