Farrukh is the Senior Vice President overseeing Retail Strategy and Global E-commerce at Schneider Electric. With a career dedicated to B2B and B2C, Farrukh earned his retail & e-commerce grades first at L’Oréal, British Petroleum and then Philips before joining Schneider Electric in Hong Kong over 7 years ago.

Farrukh has a diverse background and is a global citizen with more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing being based in different countries in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia. He has held various global and regional roles in his career covering retail strategy, sales, brand management, distributor management and shopper marketing.

With a strong conviction that better business results and sustainable growth comes from a customer-centric and “outside-in” approach, he is a proponent for experimenting and stand-by the notion of learning and failing fast. His strong beliefs in experimentation and innovation has helped him to continuously challenge the status quo and transform businesses in the digital age.

Farrukh frequently speaks at public events on digital transformation, B2B e-commerce and retail at forums in Europe, China, Asia and US and is keen to continue the knowledge sharing spirit.
