Jacqui is chief commercial officer at Mediacorp, Singapore’s national media network, where she leads the commercial group in driving revenue growth, strengthening client partnerships and shaping the organisation’s commercial strategy. Working closely with business units and partners, she plays a key role in developing innovative, targeted solutions that harness Mediacorp’s extensive portfolio of content, intellectual properties and platforms to create greater value for audiences and advertisers.

With more than two decades of experience in the media and advertising industry, Lim brings deep expertise in business growth, client engagement and strategic leadership. Her career spans senior leadership roles across leading global agency networks, including Havas Group, Publicis Media and Omnicom Media Group.

Prior to joining Mediacorp, Lim served as CEO of Havas Media Group and regional chief growth officer of Havas Group. Under her leadership, Havas Media Group achieved sustained industry recognition, including eight consecutive years of Media Agency of the Year accolades from 2016 to 2023, while consistently ranking as Singapore’s leading media agency by RECMA.
