In his current role as Global Chief Digital Marketing Officer & Global Strategic Media Leader for Mars Inc, Moritz is leading the transformation of marketing towards data driven marketing at global level.

Moritz is an empowering leader who builds high performance teams and attracts talent into his teams to transform marketing organisations and to enable to marketing teams to create synergies where shared similarities exist whilst also respecting local differences through cultural empathy.

During his entire career, Moritz has been driven by the love to deeply understand consumers and what makes them tick. It is this very fascination that drives him to establish balances between global and local marketing agendas and perspectives. Doing so, Moritz fundamentally believes that despite all martech advances, understanding and improving the lives of our consumers is still a skill that differentiates the great from the average marketer

Prior to his current role, Moritz served as Chief Marketing Officer APAC, as Global Brand Director and as Chief Marketing Officer Germany at Mars Inc.. His move to Mars succeeded a 12 year career at Reckitt Benckiser in global, regional and local roles.
