Premika PoSaw is currently the Principal UX designer at GovTech Singapore, where she merges culture, creativity, business, and technology to unlock the potential of meaningful narratives and ecosystems. She champions the democratisation of problem-solving, leveraging technology as a force for good to enhance people’s lives.
With a rich history of leadership roles at JumpStart Asia, Ogilvy and Saatchi & Saatchi, she has honed her skills in UX, digital strategy, behavioral design, and creative problem-solving.

Additionally, PoSaw is passionate about diversity and inclusion, mentoring, and coaching. She’s also an avid runner, always striving to push her limits both mentally and physically.

Driven by a mission to enrich lives, PoSaw starts each day with two bold questions: What can bring joy today? How can we amplify it to the max?

Her greatest thrill? Hearing someone exclaim, “I never thought of it that way!”
