Shelly currently holds the position of the Chief Digital and Marketing Officer for L’Oréal SAPMENA (South Asia Pacific, Middle East and North Africa), a newly formed region in L’Oréal Group, the no. 1 beauty company worldwide. During the 18+ years in the group, she held various regional and market roles across different disciplines including brand marketing, digital, CRM, e-commerce, consumer insight, market intelligence and consumer care.
