Sujata Dantiki is a seasoned marketing executive with a track record of leading growth strategy and customer engagement at global brands like Tesla and eBay. She is also the founder of Anoova Global, a boutique consultancy that helps brands grow with intention by integrating cultural intelligence, AI-enabled innovation, and regionally attuned strategy.
At Tesla, Dantiki led customer acquisition and retention across North America during a pivotal period of organisational transformation. She launched high-impact promotions to increase engagement, designed journeys to accelerate adoption of Full Self Driving (FSD), and delivered insights that shaped customer and market strategy.
At eBay, she built the company’s competitive strategy and intelligence function from the ground up. Dantiki led analysis across categories including auto, electronics, fashion, and luxury, supporting business-critical decisions that strengthened market position in the US, UK, and Germany. She was recognised with the company’s Spot Award, reserved for the top 1% of contributors.
At Anoova Global, Dantiki partners with tech and consumer businesses across Asia to bring cultural nuance and strategic clarity to go-to-market plans, demand generation, and marketing transformation.
Earlier in her career, she led global eCommerce strategy at Newell Brands, drove omnichannel transformation at Forever21, and co-led the launch of Mars’ first new brand in two decades.
Outside of work, Dantiki is a champion for diversity, inclusion, and education initiatives. She has served on the leadership team of Women at eBay, was selected as a Marketing Academy Scholar, and is an Insights250 awardee. She holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and often returns as a guest lecturer.
Now based in Singapore, Dantiki brings global brand expertise and a deep curiosity for Asia’s diverse markets. She remains especially interested in how AI and innovation continue to reshape the role of marketing leaders today.
