In her most recent role at Tesla, Dantiki spearheaded the customer acquisition and retention strategy across North America. She successfully guided the brand’s comprehensive market strategy for the vehicle sector during a critical period, marked by rising competition in the electric vehicle market, evolving government regulations, and shifting consumer preferences.

Her passion for purpose-led and consumer-centric marketing is the common thread woven throughout her professional journey. As the former global head of competitive strategy and intelligence (CSI) for eBay, Dantiki successfully developed, sold in the business case, and launched the global CSI function, contributing to eBay’s regained relevance.

Her leadership during the dynamic COVID-19 environment earned her the 2022 Spot Award (top 1%). Her team’s work identified growth opportunities across six business verticals, empowered the business and delivered actionable insights to the board of directors.
