Now, as managing partner at The X Fractor, she provides fractional COO services, helping startups tackle operational challenges and accelerate growth through tailored strategies in marketing, finance, and analytics. Her primary focus is Toothcomb, an AI research tool designed for content creation, market research, and business development.

Additionally, Sunita contributes to academia as an executive-in-residence and adjunct professor at Singapore Management University.
