She currently brings her expertise to VIPSHOP 唯品会, a NYSE-listed Chinese e-commerce company, where she is part of the founding team spearheading its expansion in Southeast Asia.

With a strong track record in shaping business strategies, leading global campaigns, reviving underperforming segments, and driving profitable growth in new markets, Ong combines commercial acumen with hands-on execution.
