Violet Lim is the CEO and co-founder of Lunch Actually Paktor Group, Asia’s leading dating and matchmaking company with presence in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Taiwan. Since then, the company has arranged over 150,000 dates and brought together more than 4,500 successful and married couples, blending technology with the human touch to transform dating across Asia.

The first Asian certified by the Matchmaking Institute in New York, Lim is widely recognised as a thought leader in relationships. She has been featured in over 4,500 media outlets, including CNN, BBC, Bloomberg, and Forbes, and is a resident dating expert on Singapore’s Class 95 FM. A sought-after speaker, Lim has delivered talks at TEDxNTU, Global Dating Insights Summit, and other international conferences.

An award-winning entrepreneur and changemaker, Lim is passionate about mentoring youth, training matchmakers globally, and nurturing relationships.
