Matthew Gain leads the Asia Pac team for Audible, An Amazon Company.

Audible is the largest producer of audiobooks and other spoken word entertainment in the world; it has served millions of listeners and continues to move literate listening closer to the media and entertainment mainstream, with a presence in the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Japan, India and Australia. It was acquired by Amazon in 2008 and is the world’s largest retailer of digital audiobooks.

In his role Matthew is responsible for developing Audible’s business across APAC and in particular Japan, India and Australia/New Zealand.

Prior to Audible Matthew was Chief Operating Officer Edelman Australia, APAC head of Digital Weber Shandwick and UK Consumer PR and Social Media Manager Microsoft.
