RACHEL TAN HEAD OF DIGITAL & E_COMMERCE, LUXE, L’ORÉAL

Rachel is the Head of Digital & E-commerce for LUXE at L’Oréal overseeing the digital expansion for luxury brands including Kiehl’s, Lancome, Biotherm, Saint Laurent, Shu Uemura, Urban Decay, and IT Cosmetics. Prior to L’Oréal, Rachel was the Head of Business at Direct-to-Consumer lifestyle brand, Oxwhite and her passion for e-commerce started as the Marketing Lead for Shopee between 2016 and 2020. There, she oversaw all marketing efforts from its infancy to Shopee being recognized as the #1 Shopping App today. Rachel was awarded Best Marketer in e-commerce in the Malaysian CMO Awards by Marketing Magazine Asia in 2019.
