Budiman Rusly Djohari is the chief data and analytics officer at PT Asuransi Jiwa Sequis Life. He is responsible for shaping and driving data analytics strategy, AI implementation and technology execution across the company. In Sequis, Djohari has concentrated on fostering a data-driven culture and mindset for the past eight years in order to produce business insight and address business difficulties. Until today, he has been working for 21 years in the data management field area.

Prior to Sequis, Djohari was head of data at KMK Online, a leading digital online news, sports and entertainment portal in Indonesia. He also worked as a senior data consultant at EDENRED Singapore, as a data leader in supporting CRM and PRM programs in 14 countries across the APAC region for big companies such as HP, Microsoft, and Cisco.
