Where and when will the event be held?

Digital Marketing Asia Malaysia 2026 will take place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 7 October. All times and dates reflected on the website and brochures are in MYT (GMT+8).

Can I cancel my conference registration? What is your refund policy?

No cancellation is allowed upon registration. Unfortunately, there will be no refund for non-attendance. However, in such circumstances, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another colleague after informing the MARKETING-INTERACTIVE team.

What if I can’t attend at the last minute? 
Given the nature of this event, the success of Digital Marketing Asia is highly dependent on a full turnout and commitment from all participants. If you are unable to attend at the last minute, please inform the MARKETING-INTERACTIVE registration team, and you will be welcome to appoint someone from your marketing function in your place.
Will I be able to receive speaker presentation slides?
Yes, you will be able to download the slides upon completion of the feedback form at the end of the conference. Please note that only slides approved by speakers will be downloadable.
Am I able to bring a colleague or friend along?

Yes, you may also take advantage of our group registrations and discounted rate. Alternatively direct your colleague/friend to the registration page here.

Do I have to bring along anything to the conference? 

Simply bring yourself, a positive and open attitude to learning, a jacket/shawl (it might get cold), and your business cards. As an attendee, you are not required to prepare a presentation.
