Stephanie Caunter is a brand builder and marketer who thrives on the opportunities and challenges that digital disruption brings every day. She has led cross-border teams to create brand-defining programmes such as PwC Malaysia’s Building Trust Awards, Catcha Group’s Wild Digital conference and building Axiata’s ADA marketing function from the ground up. Today, Caunter is director, customer insights, engagement and digital experience at AIA Malaysia where she’s responsible for managing customers’ omnichannel experience and engagement, is the product owner for their award-winning AIA+ customer app and their AIA Vitality programme.
She is a diversity and inclusion advocate who used to write a monthly personal column in The Edge Malaysia, called ‘Changing Hats’ on managing career and family; and was previously on Lean In Malaysia’s Board of Advisors. She enjoys mentoring young talent and runs to de-stress. Caunter graduated with an electrical engineering degree from Cornell University.
