Apirada is a highly experienced marketer who uses design thinking, advanced marketing techniques and advanced analytics to drive business with creativity. During the year 2016-2017, Apirada was chosen as a pioneer for a pilot project by dtac, Telenor and Tapad to develop digital media advertising using machine learning, big data and ad technology.

At Cigna Thailand, she builts digital marketing ecosystems and other new initiatives to tailor user experience with personalisation. She also designed the strategy and roadmap for dtac reward’s first issue and led the team for the My Menu function in the dtac App.

Apirada is passionate about “design thinking”. She believes it is not a new concept, but such methods constantly change among the changing world. It’s not only popular in startup companies for innovation, she also uses design thinking for digital marketing and designing her life.
