With over a decade of experience in the field of integrated communications, Anoushka brings a wealth of expertise in PR strategies, compelling storytelling, and crisis communications management. Her career spans both agency and in-house roles, providing a diverse perspective.

Anoushka currently holds the position of Head of PR & Communications at Boost, the regional full spectrum fintech arm of Axiata. In this role, she leads initiatives related to internal communications, external communications, and ESG communications for the group. Prior to joining Boost, she served as the Senior Manager of Communications at Lazada, where she played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s corporate messaging, collaborating closely with local and regional teams.

Her professional journey also includes positions at Axiata Digital, where she served as the Communications Lead, and LEWIS Communications, where she held the role of PR Director. When she’s not at work, Anoushka loves to cook and bake, often trying new recipes over the weekend. She also destresses by immersing herself in a good book.
