With over 30  years of  experience in  financial services, Puan Norazzah leads the comprehensive  execution of RHB’s sustainability and climate strategy across the Group’s  business and operations , including critical decision  making processes.

She has held various senior leadership  positions and currently also serves as  CEO of RHB Foundation since 2017.

Ø  Played  a pivotal role in shaping the Group’s Sustainability Strategy and Roadmap,  and  she also  leads the endeavors in the Group’s  Sustainable Financial Services , in collaboration with the respective Strategic  Business  Group.

Ø  Elevate sustainability and climate disclosure and continues to champion this effort  aligned with international best practices and regulatory standards.

Ø  Drives the development of sustainability and climate  capabilities  within the organisation.

In addition to the above roles , Norazzah is also the CEO of RHB Foundation, a position she has held since 2017. Within this role, she leads the Group’s community engagement and empowerment initiatives, focusing on the underserved and underprivileged members of the community with an emphasis on children and youth. This is achieved through RHB Foundation’s two pillars – ‘Nurturing Future Generations’ and ‘Lifting Communities’.

Norazzah has been with RHB Banking Group since 2003. She carries 30 years of experience under her belt, having held various senior leadership  positions within the financial services industry , including Legal Advisory, Compliance, Governance, Human Capital management , Marketing and Corporate Communications .

Norazzah graduated from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
