With nearly two decades of industry expertise, Nikhil Kharoo currently heads global PR and partnerships teams and efforts at Razer Inc., the world’s leading lifestyle brand for gamers. He is responsible for driving PR and partnerships efforts for the brand and leading teams across the US, Europe and Asia.
Kharoo previously led brand partnerships, public relations, and Fitbit Health Solutions marketing across Asia Pacific at Google, focusing on strengthening consumer and corporate brand reputation for wearables. He also spearheaded marketing for Fitbit Health Solutions, driving thought leadership with governments and enterprises to promote large-scale behavior change. He played a key role in establishing Fitbit in APAC since 2015, later joining the APAC leadership team and overseeing its growth until Google’s acquisition in 2021.
Before Google, Kharoo spent a decade at WPP’s Burson Marsteller (now Burson), where he served as managing partner, leading major client portfolios and mentoring the Digital & Social team. He consulted for top consumer brands, including HP, Logitech, Microsoft (Xbox & Hardware), Electronic Arts, Sony Ericsson, OPPO, Dolby, Fitbit, Sennheiser, MakeMyTrip, Timex, and Kayak.
