Isabella leads communications for Amazon’s Economic Policy across Asia Pacific as well as Corporate Communications for Amazon Singapore. Prior to joining the online retailer, she was the Deputy APAC Policy Comms Lead for Twitter, where she was responsible for driving regional thought leadership programmes for Twitter’s APAC Public Policy and Trust & Safety teams, while educating and building trust among key external stakeholders such as the media, civil rights activists, academia and non-profit organisations about the company’s principles, rules and policies across the APAC region. Prior to Twitter, Isabella worked at a number of global PR agencies in Singapore and specialised in public affairs and B2B communications. Isabella holds a B.A. in International Relations and Economics from the College of William & Mary in Virginia, USA.
