In her current role, Karen heads Marketing Communications & Loyalty for Hyatt in Asia Pacific. Her responsibilities include brand, field & loyalty marketing, strategic communications and social media. Karen values diversity and how it celebrates human connections. Most importantly, she believes in the power of communication to bring people together, build empathy and understanding. Karen is born and raised in Taiwan, graduated from Boston University and currently resides in Hong Kong.
