Driven by insights and objectives, she is responsible for how TM group of brands (inclusive of Unifi) social media ecosystem lives on digital, all the while making industry firsts in bringing the company forward; end-to-end spectrum; from the way the company sells to the way the company engage with its customers. She is always obsessed and amazed on how human behaves on digital, and she believes that anything is possible and can be engineered from the get-go, we just have to be creative about it.
