Farhana Mohd. Nasir is a senior marketing leader with over 18 years of experience across FCMG, beauty, and biotechnology in ASEAN.
She is currently the director of marketing and channel strategy planning at Unilever Malaysia, leading integrated brand and customer strategy to drive growth, market share, and execution excellence in an increasingly social-first landscape. She rejoined Unilever Malaysia in March 2025 and oversees beauty and personal care, home care, as well as foods and nutrition.
Farhana began her career at Unilever before expanding her experience with Kimberly-Clark and L’Oréal in Malaysia. She later held regional leadership roles at S.C. Johnson and Novozymes, managing multi-market portfolios and P&L across ASEAN.
A deep belief in consumer behaviour, insight, and culture underpins her approach to building brands and businesses that resonate and perform.
