Lau Sook Ping is the chief digital & marketing officer for L’Oréal Malaysia and Singapore. She has been with the group for 10 years and prior to that more than 12 years of FMCG and beauty experience. Across her 20+ career years, she has held different marketing, general management positions and transformation roles across South East Asia.
In this role, Lau leads the digital and marketing transformation for the cluster organization by building the roadmap and accelerating the expertise of e-commerce, media, advocacy, and tech as well as consumer and market intelligence. Known for her strong people leadership and coaching skills, she will also focus on advancing internal capabilities and talent pipeline for the group.
A new mum and a firm believer in work life balance, Lau enjoys playing the piano (although not very good at it), catching up on latest movies and traveling to new cities – her goal is to visit a new country every year.
