Shafiqah Othman is a storyteller at heart, with a passion for creating narratives that inspire change and evoke deep emotions. Her journey began with personal blogs about social and human rights, evolving into columns for Malay Mail Online and The Star, where her words found a broader audience.

With a background in Graphic Design and TESL, Shafiqah’s career has spanned various roles—from a graphic designer and writer in branding agencies to marketing for SOCAR (TREVO), and as a Community Manager at Canva. These experiences, coupled with her years of social and political activism, has imbued her with a unique perspective, allowing her to see beyond the surface and into the heart of matters.

Currently, as the Creative Director of ZUS Coffee, she continues to push the boundaries, blending diverse perspectives to craft compelling, multifaceted narratives.
