Frances Koh

With 20 years of experience in branding and communications, Frances Koh has shaped omni-channel marketing strategies for iconic brands such as Sephora, McDonald’s and Mediacorp. A hotelier at heart in her early career, she moved into the nonprofit sector as head of regional marketing for Asia at World Vision International, the world’s largest children’s charity, partnering with top agencies to accelerate sponsorship acquisition and retention, creating meaningful impact for vulnerable children globally.
At RISIS, Koh leads the international expansion of the 50-year-old homegrown brand, while strengthening its positioning and sustainability roadmap to future-proof growth. Known for blending strategic vision with creativity and a hands-on approach, she is committed to making a difference and has a track record of optimising marketing impact to deliver results. Koh holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and a business sustainability management accreditation from Cambridge University.
