Jacqueline is credited for leading the marketing transformation for Scoot. In a category rife with commoditisation, Jacqueline was able to elevate Scoot and give the brand a voice that resonated across cultures as diverse as Japan and India. The social-first brand strategy “Escape the Ordinary” was centred on a Purpose that millennials and Gen X alike could rally behind.

To support the ambitions to scale the business across APAC, Jacqueline built the sustainable digital acquisition framework that integrated and optimised a full-funnel approach and successfully scaled Scoot’s daily revenue 11X over 2014 to 2019.
