Marc Braydon

Marc Braydon is the head of marketing and programming at The Mandala Group, where he leads the creative, strategic, and narrative direction for one of Asia’s most influential luxury hospitality collectives. Operating at the nexus of culture and experience, he oversees an integrated remit spanning marketing, communications, PR, and cultural programming, shaping how the Mandala brand resonates both regionally and globally. His work focuses on driving cultural relevance through flagship experiences and strategic partnerships with leading tastemakers and creative voices.
Prior to this, Braydon led marketing and community at Vogue Singapore and Esquire Singapore, where he spearheaded the title’s brand and audience strategy, delivering over 270 events during his tenure. He played a key role in conceptualising and launching new membership models and concepts, including the landmark Club Vogue and NEXT IN VOGUE, significantly expanding the publication’s physical and community footprint.
He has also consulted for award-winning luxury hospitality brands across Asia, managing high-impact portfolios of leading bars and hotels. Across his work, Braydon is known for bridging luxury, media, and cultural strategy—redefining how brands engage audiences through experience, storytelling, and community.
