Eric Lam is a seasoned marketing leader with over 18 years of experience driving marketing strategy, commercial growth, and brand management across diverse sectors. Currently, he serves as Marketing Director at Jardine Restaurant Group, leading end-to-end marketing for Pizza Hut Hong Kong & Macau, and is an Adjunct Lecturer at HKU SPACE. Previously, Eric held senior leadership roles at LH Group, Pret A Manger, and Outback Steakhouse. He also serves as President of the University of Sydney  Hong Kong Alumni Association and holds Master’s degrees in Marketing and Logistics Management from the University of Sydney.
