Germaine Tay brings over a decade of experience in advertising, digital marketing, and commerce growth across Asia. She is currently leading Asia marketing at Klaviyo, where she leads the overall regional marketing strategy, market expansion, and customer engagement across key Asian markets.

Previously, Tay led partner marketing for South East Asia and Korea at Shopify, working closely with leading agency and technology partners to shape regional strategy and accelerate ecosystem growth. Prior to that, she founded a digital marketing agency in China focused on helping brands scale globally, and launched a SaaS platform addressing critical gaps in the crowdfunding space. She began her career in advertising at Meta and X, supporting brands across APAC through digital transformation and ad optimisation.
