Nop-Anong Akasabadi brings nearly 20 years of experience as a strategy, insights, and CRM leader across FMCG, retail, telecom, and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as head of CRM and data analytics at UNICEF, she leads CRM, data analytics, and digital transformation efforts to enhance donor acquisition and retention. Her previous positions include head of customer strategy at Central Retail, head of regional insights and data analytics at Danone and PepsiCo. She has expansive experience in leading marketing strategy, insights, and innovation across Southeast Asia’s food and beverage sector.
