Prerna Pant is a seasoned entrepreneur and business strategist in SaaS and digital analytics, having run sales teams, customer experience programs, and end-to-end marketing campaigns across the world.
Most recently, Radarr (co-founded by Prerna in 2012), a SaaS social analytics platform which uses AI to convert billions of online conversations into actionable signals – was acquired by global CX leader, Genesys, in early 2024.
Pant has over 20 years’ experience in the digital and AI space in roles that have spanned digital strategy and social media intelligence, 360 marketing, social CX and data analytics. Her strengths in strategy, product, sales and marketing have seen her in leadership roles in both agencies and in-house including in social media networks, Ogilvy, Accor Hotels and more, and win multiple industry accolades and awards.
She has lived and worked in over five countries and is an avid traveler. Prerna received her bachelor’s in science (BSc) degree in business management from King’s College, London.
