When and where is this event held?

The event will take place on 13 & 14 November 2019 at the Novotel on Stevens.

What is included in the registration fee?

A 2-day conference pass with full access to the keynote, all case studies and the digital copy of the presentations that the speakers provide. Please note that some speakers may omit parts of their presentations in their digital copy.

The fee also includes a buffet lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments and stationery.

Are there discounts for group registrations?

Yes! Please speak with our Project Managers for exclusive group registration packages or simply call us at +65 6423 0329.

What payment modes are there?

The following forms of payment are accepted:

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express)
  • Cheque
  • Wire transfer

Your registration is confirmed only after payment has been received by Lighthouse Independent Media Pte Ltd.

How much does it cost to attend?

You may check out the rates here or contact our Project Managers to discuss group promotions.

Can we get a refund if we are unable to attend?

All tickets sold are non-refundable. You can send a substitute and he/she must bring a letter of authorisation from you with a business card or valid ID to present at the registration point.

What if I am not a PR or communications specialist?

We warmly welcome all professionals with an interest in PR and communications. PR Asia is designed for professionals of all levels of seniority to learn about current challenges and emerging trends in the PR and communications arena.

How do we choose our streams for the Solution Room?

As an attendee, you are welcome to choose any of the sessions across the Solution Room streams on day two. However, please note that the seats in each track are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If a particular stream is full, you are highly encouraged to join an alternative session.

Will the participants be broken into different rooms?

Yes. Stay tuned for updates to the Solution Room section of the agenda for more information on the programme.

Are attendees allowed to switch streams?

Yes, please note that the streams are available on a first-come, first-served basis. As an attendee, you are welcome to choose any of the sessions across the two streams. If a particular session is full, you are highly encouraged to join the alternative session.

What do I have to bring along for the conference?

You are encouraged to bring a shawl, business jacket or sweater as the temperature can fluctuate inside the conference room. There will be no physical or electronic tickets issued, so please present your business card for registration.

Writing materials will be provided by the hotel. You may choose to bring your laptop, tablet, or notebook for note-taking. Do bring along the charging cable for your mobile devices to charge at the designated charging points.

Are there complimentary parking coupons available?

A limited number of complimentary parking coupons are provided by the hotel and will be reserved for the speakers. Should there be additional complimentary parking coupons available for delegates, they will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis upon registration.

What time does registration open?

Registration and check-in will open at 8.00am. The programme starts at 8.55am.

Can we choose our seats at the conference?

Yes, seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Is lunch provided?

Yes, there will be a buffet lunch as well as morning and afternoon refreshments per day.
