Yee Pheng is a communications specialist with 15 years’ experience across multiple industries including healthcare, plantation and property. She is leading the communications portfolio at Sime Darby Berhad, a partner of choice for some of the world’s most admired brands in heavy equipment and automotive across the APAC region. Yee Pheng has led the Group’s communications response to crisis as well as through multiple corporate exercises, rebranding initiatives, and strategic engagements with various stakeholders. She has played key roles in the Group’s culture transformation and change management initiatives.
