Kung Suan Lay is a senior marketing leader with over 25 years’ experience driving brand growth, digital transformation, and high-impact marketing strategies across higher education, luxury beauty, advertising, and PR. She is currently the marketing director at the University of Nottingham Malaysia, where she leads student recruitment marketing, digital innovation, media strategy, social engagement, and communications to strengthen brand equity and accelerate enrolment growth.
Prior to joining higher education, she spent 16 years at Estée Lauder Companies, successfully launching and expanding Tom Ford Beauty in Malaysia, and leading major growth initiatives for Clinique, Bobbi Brown, and La Mer through omni-channel acceleration, consumer insights, influencer partnerships, and data-driven performance marketing.
