Rachel Ma’s career spans categories from beverages, nutrition and health to retail and fuels, through global and local roles at Nestlé, Suntory (BRAND’S), Dairy Farm Group and Shell.

She has worked with both established brands and less defined spaces, taking on brand and business challenges shaped by different contexts. In her current role at Yeo’s, Ma leads group marketing, insights and innovation for the beverage’s portfolio, shaping the next phase of growth for the heritage brand.

She has a soft spot for local brands and talent.
